M. L. TILLEY
FAIRHOPE—M.L. Tilley, a native of Lucedale, Miss., and a resident of Fairhope, died Monday at a local nursing facility. He was 73.
Tilley was a member of South River Park Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Tilley of Fairhope; four sons, M.L. Tilley Jr. of Lucedale, Mitchell Tilley of Rocky Creek, Miss., Marvin Tilley and Melton Tilley, both of Lucedale; a daughter, Annell Davis of Lucedale; two sisters, Mae Jewell Davis and Thelma Tilley, both of Lucedale; a brother, Marble Tilley of Lucedale; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Timney South River Park Cemetery with the Rev. Mel Jacobs and the Rev. Newell Petty officiating.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to South River Park Church of God building fund, 10993 County Road 32, Fairhope, AL 36532.
Funeral arrangements are by Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
